Building a new smart gardening brand from scratch and making it grow on social

Pleen was a homegrown startup incubated by Miele that aimed to revolutionize urban gardening in Germany. We developed and launched their first MVP: a smart home planter system combined with an app and plant delivery service, empowering people to grow their own food at home. While the gardening industry was saturated with traditional green brands, we identified unique visual opportunities to create a fresh, youthful brand that stood out in the market. Our design approach brought a fun, modern energy to home gardening, making it more accessible and appealing to a new generation of urban gardeners.

The brand and social were launched but the start-up could not succeed in getting further funding.
